We are ramping up our efforts to convert on (increased!) in-bound demand for our services and are looking to engage someone to take over and own the following responsibilities in our Car Care department:
- Make payments for department-related expenses and manage reconciliation of financial records
- Filing of all departmental records, financial and otherwise
- Play other support roles for daily operations (e.g. making job cards, car check-ins and handovers, etc.)
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications as well as communications between Partners & suppliers
- Diligently track efforts and outcomes to enable improved data analysis data-driven decision-making
