A day in the life of a Sales Trainee means:

  • Seeking and gathering data on SACCOs across KenyaGiving potential customers a demo of our core banking platformCreating market insights to help map out SACCOs in KenyaUsing and updating the company CRMTaking ownership of SACCOs deals from introduction to signingImproving the Sales department with your insights and experience

Program overview

  • Two weeks of intensive sales trainingTwo weeks of pipeline buildingFive months of executionA review will take place one month before the end of your traineeshipYour traineeship stipend will be KES 20,000 per monthYour traineeship commission will be 15% of annual subscription revenue, which can go up to KES 60,000 per monthThe company provides travel and airtime allowanceIf you hit your targets by at least 70%, you will be offered a full-time role in our Sales Team
