Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Staff attendance tracking
  • Job description preparation for all staff.
  • Updating staff records and ensuring all important documents such as police clearance and next of kin data is included.
  • In charge of staff orientation and onboarding process.
  • Ensuring data protection
  • Disciplinary committee administration
  • Staff training program execution
  • Custody and Development of KPI for the HR Department.
  • Administering HR Legal cases
  • Branch visits /staff supervision of performance.
  • Tasked with regular staff audits
  • Attending meetings with stakeholders and follow-up on new developments required.
  • Shall be the secretary to the senior management committee, track of performance.
  • Ensure Labour laws adherence.
  • Enhance work environment safety.
  • Communicate in areas such as interpersonal relations and general staff discipline.
  • Conduct monthly and annual reviews.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Diploma in human resource management
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience on the same role.
  • Should be willing to start immediately.
