Duties and Responsibilities:
- Staff attendance tracking
- Job description preparation for all staff.
- Updating staff records and ensuring all important documents such as police clearance and next of kin data is included.
- In charge of staff orientation and onboarding process.
- Ensuring data protection
- Disciplinary committee administration
- Staff training program execution
- Custody and Development of KPI for the HR Department.
- Administering HR Legal cases
- Branch visits /staff supervision of performance.
- Tasked with regular staff audits
- Attending meetings with stakeholders and follow-up on new developments required.
- Shall be the secretary to the senior management committee, track of performance.
- Ensure Labour laws adherence.
- Enhance work environment safety.
- Communicate in areas such as interpersonal relations and general staff discipline.
- Conduct monthly and annual reviews.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma in human resource management
- A minimum of 3 years of experience on the same role.
- Should be willing to start immediately.
