Requirement:
- Minimum of 1 year Human Resources Management experience, experience of working in BPO industry will be an added advantage.
Preferable to have experience in two or more of the following areas:
- General HR management & Recruitment Excellence in a client management model
- Hiring the best workforce and integrating the tools and processes required to meet the needs of the business
- Experience in Reporting, MIS and usage of MS Office tools
- Strategic planning, complex problem resolution and general management expertise.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player.
Education:
- Bachelors Degree
- HR Professional certificates preferred
