Job Description

Our Client based in Westlands Nairobi, is an authorized training and testing center that continues to offer quality training, serving corporate and students nationwide.

Roles:

Growing and developing existing clients together with generation new business.

Identifying, developing and maintaining strong relationships with client’s key decision makers

Helping clients realize their Training needs and advising on the appropriate technologies to be trained on.

Developing & maintaining account plans for effective account management and sales projections.

Recording client contact schedule to optimize sales initiatives and achieve targets.

Achieve business targets, identify healthy and qualified potential business and provide adequate forecast.

Analyse customer requirements and recommend training solutions.

Working closely with vendors and channel partners e.g CISCO, Oracle, Microsoft etc ( identify accounts with learning credits/Microsoft SATVs)

Maintain high-level contacts with clients.

Manage available resources to close sales potentials.

Coordinate with Finance and Operations departments to assure validity and viability of sales proposals.

Develop Executive and Senior Management relationships with the IT vendors and leading system integrators as well as strategic accounts. Identify and grasp new sales and business development opportunities and expand the coverage of the Company in the targeted market.

Cooperates with the Marketing Department for the preparation of major marketing events.

Cooperate with internal departments to meet customer’s satisfaction.

Bid management processing and manage order levels maintaining the CRM (Zoho)database

Requirements:

3 years of work experience in a similar field and role

Undergraduate degree with relevance to the job position
