PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Our client is a leading manufacturer of detergents is looking for Receptionist to be based in industrial area head office The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Invoicing
  • filling
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Front Office Management/public relation or related field
  • 1-year Experience as a receptionist. /secretary/front office/administration
  • Knowlege in Tally software will be an added advantage
  • Previous Expirience working as areceptionist with cleaning solutions products company will be an added advantage
