Laundry Operator

What you will be doing:
- Ensure all completed laundry/dry cleaning/pressing and related items are delivered timely, as directed by Supervisor
- Attend to all guest requests and/or instructions as directed by the Laundry Managers
- Indicate hotel count on all laundry lists and tally with guest count
- Sort fold and hang item accordingly into correct number box and hanging bar as per marking
- Pack folded item, perform quality control and complete packing using the appropriate packing accessories. Re-sent item required for re-pressing, sewing, stain removal and others.
- Ensure guest clothing packaging are completed in accordance to LQA Standards.
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience as a Laundry Operator
- Diploma in Housekeeping & Laundry Operations or related field
- Highly responsible & reliable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
