Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and prompt on-the phone technical & troubleshooting support to clients
  • Do computer repair, printer servicing and repair as well as the ETR machines.
  • Generate daily activity and status reports in the ETR Department
  • Participate in basic integration of TIMS devices
  • Install and program ETR machines on behalf of the company.
  • Service and repair of the machines.
  • Offer technical sales services.
  • Participate in TIMS devices basic trainings
  • Timely responding to customers RFQs in the ETR department sharing daily and weekly reports
  • Acknowledging, responding and resolving promptly to customers inquiries via phone, emails and chats
  • Familiarizing yourself with company products to effectively respond to clients enquiries
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, complaints and solutions offered
  • Maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
  • Maintaining positive and professional attitude towards customer at all times
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Sharing daily follow up reports and departmental reports
  • Managing and supervising staff in the ETR department on their daily activities
  • Any other duty to be assigned by the management within the normal running of business operations
  • Assisting in the generation of job cards and filing
  • Any other duty assigned

Specific Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • A bachelor’s degree/diploma in marketing, business IT and any other related field.
  • Should be business oriented and quick to learn.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent team player, motivational, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.

An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
