Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and prompt on-the phone technical & troubleshooting support to clients
- Do computer repair, printer servicing and repair as well as the ETR machines.
- Generate daily activity and status reports in the ETR Department
- Participate in basic integration of TIMS devices
- Install and program ETR machines on behalf of the company.
- Service and repair of the machines.
- Offer technical sales services.
- Participate in TIMS devices basic trainings
- Timely responding to customers RFQs in the ETR department sharing daily and weekly reports
- Acknowledging, responding and resolving promptly to customers inquiries via phone, emails and chats
- Familiarizing yourself with company products to effectively respond to clients enquiries
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, complaints and solutions offered
- Maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Maintaining positive and professional attitude towards customer at all times
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Sharing daily follow up reports and departmental reports
- Managing and supervising staff in the ETR department on their daily activities
- Any other duty to be assigned by the management within the normal running of business operations
- Assisting in the generation of job cards and filing
- Any other duty assigned
Specific Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- A bachelor’s degree/diploma in marketing, business IT and any other related field.
- Should be business oriented and quick to learn.
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent team player, motivational, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
