Key Responsibilities
- Overlook daily operations of assigned properties.
- Accomplishing financial objectives by raising invoices applicable, collection of service charges & rent.
- Ensuring utilities are paid on time.
- Resolving residents’ complaints.
- Enforcing rules of occupancy.
- Ensuring service providers deliver according to set standards.
- Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and standards.
- Supervising caretakers, cleaners, and gardeners.
- Providing general administrative services.
- Responding appropriately to emergencies.
- Ensuring the property is compliant with relevant bodies
- Renew management contracts when due.
- Perform any other duties assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
- A degree in real estate, property management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Min 2 years experience in property management or a similar role.
- Working knowledge of property regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Understanding of marketing and accounting principles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good customer service skills
