We are looking for Assistant Accountant to for our Farm in Eldoret – Maji Mazuri Flowers Ltd.
Academic qualifications
❖ Must have at least CPA part 2
❖ Proven computer literacy Microsoft Packages & Accounts System preferably SAP
❖ At least two (2) years work experience in busy Finance office
❖ Knowledge of financial account management, maintenance of general ledgers, fiscal
compliance, audits, invoicing, financial reporting, debtors and suppliers’
management.
Key Responsibilities
❖ Prepare monthly financial statements (cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheet)
❖ Monthly debtors’ reconciliations
❖ Check customer invoices for accuracy on daily basis
❖ Post customer receipts on weekly basis
❖ Filling VAT Returns and making payments on I tax promptly and accurately
❖ Ensure all statutory and PAYE deductions are paid on time
❖ Prepare audit schedules.
❖ Ensure that customer payments are matched to customer invoices accurately.
❖ Petty Cash Administration
❖ Timely Payroll Preparation
❖ Stocks management
