Job Purpose: Our client is seeking to hire skilled sales personnel who will be responsible for establishing the needs of the customer and recommending and products and services. Skilled sales personnel who specialize in sales of scientific or technological products. He / she will promote and sell company products by engaging prospects and pitching advanced technical functions of the products as well as its uses and benefits
Client Description: Our client is a renowned building renovation expert & property maintenance, architectural drawing and design consultant firm that offers interior design, space planning & leisure, retail design, renovation, construction, bespoke furniture design and general building work.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Sourcing potential new customers & generating leads.
- Meeting sales targets.
- Traveling to the customer’s location to talk about our product range.
- Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of our products.
- Advising customers on technology upgrades and related products.
- Composing tender documents and customer proposals.
- Hold techno-commercial discussions with customers.
- Generating purchase orders and sales receipts.
- Maintaining strong customer relations.
- Attending product training courses and seminars / exhibitions.
- Addressing customer queries.
- Providing pre-sales & post-sales support.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a technical sales executive, technical sales representative, preferably working/ worked in the construction industry in customer service, sales, interior design etc.
- Bachelors degree / diploma in engineering / technical field.
- or a similar position in the sales department, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel to different locations and work at flexible hours.
- Good computer skills.
- Highly motivated individual & result oriented.
- Ability to offer excellent customer satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Note that this is a remote based job, candidates must have their own laptops/computer and internet source.
