Our client, a distributor of beauty products seeks to hire a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies. He/she shall be responsible for ensuring that the sales team meet sales targets.

Salary – 30,000/= Plus Commission

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies
  2. Expand Market share and generate leads 
  3. Prepare business proposals and make presentations to clients
  4. Create brand awareness and visibility
  5. Establish and maintain good relationships with clients
  6. Ensure company products are stocked and properly displayed in retail outlets
  7. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities 
  8. Review market trends, conduct market research and report on the same
  9. Train, supervise, coach, manage and appraise the sales team and beauty advisors
  10. Spearhead customer-centred service provision
  11. Manage the sales cycle from order taking to the collection of payment
  12. Identify and examine business risks and advise the company accordingly

Person’s Specification

  1. Successful track record in B2C sales and negotiation
  2. Experience in sales management and leading a sales team
  3. Minimum of a diploma in sales and marketing or a related field
  4. Experience working with SMEs in the beauty industry will be an advantage
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  6. A strong customer-orientated focus
  7. A strong, resilient, result-orientated individual and an excellent team player
  8. Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of computing software
