Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Expand Market share and generate leads
- Prepare business proposals and make presentations to clients
- Create brand awareness and visibility
- Establish and maintain good relationships with clients
- Ensure company products are stocked and properly displayed in retail outlets
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
- Review market trends, conduct market research and report on the same
- Train, supervise, coach, manage and appraise the sales team and beauty advisors
- Spearhead customer-centred service provision
- Manage the sales cycle from order taking to the collection of payment
- Identify and examine business risks and advise the company accordingly
Persons Specification
- Successful track record in B2C sales and negotiation
- Experience in sales management and leading a sales team
- Minimum of a diploma in sales and marketing or a related field
- Experience working with SMEs in the beauty industry will be an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong customer-orientated focus
- A strong, resilient, result-orientated individual and an excellent team player
- Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of computing software
