Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the stock within the store and retail outlets
- Ensure that stock levels are accurate
- Ensure that the top stock-keeping unit (SKU) is always in stock
- Raise invoices and delivery notes
- Look out for and communicate with testers and merchandising units stockouts
- Conduct regular stock-taking
- Handle stock inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Develop and Improve inventory management procedures
- Ensure timely ordering and delivery of supplies
- Maintain all store equipment and tools
- Responsible for online outlet/e-commerce stocks and sales.
- Update product information on social media platforms
Specified Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Minimum of a Certificate in a relevant field
- Knowledge and experience with inventory management software will be an advantage
- Must possess great numerical skills and excellent Microsoft skills
- Has excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Highly organized and flexible, attentive to detail
- Very confident and able to perform well under pressure with minimal supervision
- Team player, fast learner
