RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Reaching out to existing and potential customers to present the company products and services.
2. Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
3. Process customer orders/ changes/ returns according to established department policies and procedures.
4. Work closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items.
4. Informing the customers of back to stock and out of stock goods and updating stock files.
5. Address any questions or issues customers may have.
6. Keep an updated customer database.
7. Track and document all calls and sales.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
1. A degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing or any other related course in business.
2. At least 1-3 years experience in a pharmaceutical company is A MUST.
3. Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
4. Previous experience in telesales.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
