To help us accomplish this, we are seeking a creative, driven, and energetic Marketing Officer to become a part of our growing marketing team. We are looking for someone with experience and who is passionate about this profession. 


Responsibilities
● Identify, study, and test market patterns and trends to define target audiences.
● Creation and support of social media, mock ups, email campaigns, online promotion, etc.
● Assist in the organising of promotional events, traditional or digital campaigns and facilitate their success.
● Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.).
● Reporting on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms.
● Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials.
● Participate in lead identification and data acquisition.
● Coordinate and work across departments in an effective and productive manner.
● Evaluate campaign performance and effectiveness.
● Support the Marketing Manager in organizing various projects.

About You

● A bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as marketing, digital media, communication, journalism, or liberal arts. 
● A subsequent degree in public health or a health related field is an advantage.
● 1-3 years experience in digital marketing.
● Healthcare marketing experience preferred.
● Must have Copywriting and social media content creation experience.
● Good understanding of the different language styles that appeal to various target markets.
● Good understanding of market research techniques.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to prioritize and execute tasks independently.
● Proficient in using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Slack, Google Analytics.
● Detail-oriented – quality and precision-focused.
● Team player who collaborates with ease and contagious creative energy.
