Job Objective/Purpose

To support the CEO and SLT, perform financial analysis to assist in management decisions and monitor implementation of the overall business plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the CEO with daily tasks, follow up and monitoring of important matters and project management.
  • To support the business units, perform financial analysis, report findings to assist in management decisions.
  • Undertake detailed research and analysis to assist in management decisions.
  • Actively work with and monitor the financial performance of business units and prepare and review budgets and forecasts.
  • Assist with preparation and review of Board Packs.
  • Coordinate and review content of monthly recurring management meetings in the CEO office.
  • To support the business units, perform financial analysis, report findings to assist in the financial decisions.
  • Engage with Group (Evercare) and compile and prepare relevant financial review reports
  • Apply finance knowledge to effectively diagnose situations and/or help provide solutions
  • Build models that are sophisticated, robust, and easily interpreted to inform insights
  • Research and conduct analysis to compile key deal documents to support the business in decision making.

Personal Specifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/
  • Economics MBA and/or CFA
  • CPA/ACCA
