Our client is a leading Kenyan law firm that aims to provide innovative and meaningful legal solutions locally and internationally. They are looking to fill the role of FINANCE & ADMIN MANAGER in Nairobi: (200k – 250k)
· Primary responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance and administrative activities of the Firm including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, payroll, banking, audit and negotiations.
· Oversee non-legal staff who perform a variety of clerical and administrative support tasks (including Information Technology and Human Resources) to facilitate the efficient operation of the Firm including effectively and efficiently managing the day-to-day operations. Provide leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the Firm has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures and people systems in place to effectively grow the firm.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance Option.
· CPA K
· Master of Business administration finance option will be an added advantage
· A member of ICPAK
· At least 10 (Ten) years of experience in a finance/accounts department
· Experience in a computerized financial environment preferably working with an ERP
· Knowledge and experience in using QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics NAV is desirable
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
