We are a global Fintech start-up based in Singapore /China with offices in Kenya and several other countries, looking to recruit an experienced Finance Assistant.


Requirements, Skills and abilities;

  1. Major in accounting, Finance or relevant
  2. 3 years Financial relevant experience are preferred
  3. Be good at Microsoft office
  4. Good communication skills, be able to use English as working language
  5. Self-confident, active and can work independently, team players
    Job responsibilities include;
    • Performing daily finance operations.
    • Monitoring and Summarizing company Expenses.
    • Handling issues with local tax authorities; and working within the deadlines according to the relevant local policies.
    • Supervising the monthly Inventory, checking of Fixed Assets data.
    • Personal tax calculation.
    • Declare employees’ social security and medical insurance
    • Company accounts processing
    • Handling issues with third party accounting firm
    • Dealing with issues related to the local banks
    • Customer credit and billing management

Any other tasks are given from time to time.
