One of our clients a primary school is looking for a committed, highly skilled and self-motivated Admin cum Personal Assistant to join the team.
Location; Athi river
Main duties
Carry out various administrative tasks including; managing school calendar of appointments; copying, reviewing outside mail, scanning and filing documents, screening phone calls and visitors, maintaining executive files, arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings
Attend to the daily requirements of Teachers, staff and Students
Manage all communication between parents and the school
Act as a liaison officer between the admin and the staff
Assist the principal in their day to day activities of the school
Act as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
Manage all social media
Offer strategic support in marketing
Assist in admission and manage the inquiries
Qualifications
Diploma in Business administration
Over 6 years’ experience in a busy organization
Experience in a school set up is an added advantage
Good communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure
