One of our clients a primary school is looking for a committed, highly skilled and self-motivated Admin cum Personal Assistant to join the team.
Location; Athi river
Main duties


 Carry out various administrative tasks including; managing school calendar of appointments; copying, reviewing outside mail, scanning and filing documents, screening phone calls and visitors, maintaining executive files, arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings
 Attend to the daily requirements of Teachers, staff and Students
 Manage all communication between parents and the school
 Act as a liaison officer between the admin and the staff
 Assist the principal in their day to day activities of the school
 Act as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
 Manage all social media
 Offer strategic support in marketing
 Assist in admission and manage the inquiries


Qualifications
 Diploma in Business administration
 Over 6 years’ experience in a busy organization
 Experience in a school set up is an added advantage
 Good communication skills
 Good interpersonal skills
 Ability to work under pressure
