A BTL supervisor to provide result-oriented advertising and marketing activities designed to meet customer needs. Responsibilities
1.Brand offline promotion of the ideas and execution
Combination of creative material of local culture and creative outdoor development.
Setting standards for outdoor image use, spot-check the results.
Undertake BTL part of IMC program and brand activities (e.g. brand launch, campus promotion, etc, output and execution of market resource management strategies, BTL strategy output and execution, follow-up of competitive dimension)
2.BTL supplier management
Management of local production suppliers and resource optimization, promotion of localization process, make cost budget and control it.
Integration of national superior resources, national internal resource coordination, cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
3.Marketing cost management
Marketing cost management tools production and training.
After combining BU and SSA marketing investment strategy and local situation, output cost investment guidelines
Output BTL annual budget, monthly and quarterly budget
BTL cost analysis, cost execution rate, cost effectiveness analysis.
4.BTL team management.
5.BTL training planning and courseware output.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or similar area.
-2+ years of working experience in marketing.
-Outstanding understanding of Marketing Mix.
