Job Specification
The duties and responsibilities of the Officer will entail:-
- Ensuring letters are appropriately filed and marked to action officers;
- Controlling opening of files and updating file index;
- Ensuring security of information/files in the registry;
- Up-dating and maintaining up-to-date file movement records and ascertaining the general cleanliness of the registry;
- Recording of incoming and outgoing mail; and
- Maintaining an easy file retrieval system.
Application Specification
For appointment to this grade a candidate must have: –
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information studies or any other relevant Degree;
- Proficiency in computer applications; and
- Fulfil the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution.

- Tax Compliance Certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA)
- Clearance Certificate from Higher Education Loans Board (HELB)
- Clearance Certificate from Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC)
- Clearance Certificate from a Credit Reference Bureau (CRB)
