DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
.Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
.Receive complaints and resolve problems
.Maintain time keeping and personnel records
.Pass information from upper management to employees and vice versa
.Prepare and submit performance report
.Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
REQUIREMENTS;
.2 years experience in related field
.Proven experience to have worked as a supervisor in a cleaning firm
.Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
.Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
.Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
