SALARY;15,000KSH
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
.Maintain knowledge of sanitation, dishwashing, maintenance and safety standards
.Works with culinary and beverage employees to support the departments through plate ups, movement of equipment, cleaning and hygiene of work area and pot washing other food and beverage equipment
.Conducts deep cleaning according to protocols
.Responsible for storing chemicals and cleaning products
.Work in a clean, sanitary, safe and organized manner, abiding by all health and safety regulations
.Communicates with other kitchen assistants to ensure that all work is accomplished by team
REQUIREMENTS;
.2 years experience in related field
.Proven experience to have worked as a kitchen steward
.Flexible to work in shifts
.Great communication skills
.Must have good physical stamina
