The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Directly selling and marketing loans against Logbook to prospective clients in the market
- Working closely with the Branch Manager in arranging activations for new acquisition of clients
- Ensuring the best in terms of quality of sales
- Regularly providing feedback to the Branch Manager on the acceptance of the product
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be over 18 years’ old
- Minimum KCSE Certificate
- College certificate an added advantage
- Passionate about sales
- Experience in Sales preferably from Financial Institution or insurance industry
- Strong team-oriented attitude
