About the job

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Directly selling and marketing loans against Logbook to prospective clients in the market
  • Working closely with the Branch Manager in arranging activations for new acquisition of clients
  • Ensuring the best in terms of quality of sales
  • Regularly providing feedback to the Branch Manager on the acceptance of the product
  • Meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be over 18 years’ old
  • Minimum KCSE Certificate
  • College certificate an added advantage
  • Passionate about sales
  • Experience in Sales preferably from Financial Institution or insurance industry
  • Strong team-oriented attitude
