Chief Technology Officer (CTO) (500k – 600k).
· Setting a vision for how technology will be used in the company.
· Manage the engineering related departments, collaborating with the product managers, as well as guiding the company’s product and project vision and maintaining compliance with quality standards.
· Ensure that products meet design requirements, and deliver a consistent experience for users
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant (Software Engineering) discipline
· Minimum of 9-10 years of Software Engineering experience, ideally four (4) years of Fintech Management experience
· Very good understanding of trends, challenges, opportunities, regulations, and legislations relating to the Fintech Industry
A strong desire to innovate in the FinTech field
· Set the culture for a strong Software Development/ Engineering organization that aligns with company values and maintains our vision as we grow as a strong existing network of Software Developers/ Engineers to recruit from.
· Worked across a range of different sized technology companies, ideally, you have rapidly scaled small engineering teams in-house
2. iOS Developer (100k – 150k)
· To develop high-end IOS tools & apple store connect portal.
Requirement:
· Bachelor degree in computer science or any related field,
· 2 years of recent dedicated & proven IOS development experience and 2 years’ experience handling IOS development tools & apple store connect portal
