Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure the Reception area is well-managed, and presentable at all times.
2. Welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately
3. Call and receive all incoming calls, redirect and record appropriately
4. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks
5. Oversees telephone services. email correspondence, and mail distribution.
6. Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
7. Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
1. Certificate / Diploma in Front Office Management. Secretarial Studies, or related field
2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. At least more than 2 years of relevant working experience
4. Excellent customer service skills.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
8. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
9. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
10.Be a registered member of AFC Leopards.
