About the role
Regen Organics (formerly Sanergy) is looking for a Project Associate who will be responsible for providing administrative coordination support to assigned projects and maintaining projects’ pending lists and meeting agendas.
Duties and Responsibilities
● Develop and maintain sustain and strategic projects action lists and meeting agendas.
● Schedule, connect, attend, and document regular sustain projects performance dialogues.
● Schedule, connect, attend, and document regular strategic projects deep dive meetings.
● Maintain responsibility for file management, dissemination of programmatic and team information, and update work instructions for the sustain projects process.
● Escalate new issues identified for project initiation by GM Planning & Analysis.
● Gather information needed from project owners for project prioritization.
● Lead project team performance dialogues (team accountability meetings), facilitate the discussion and problem solving.
● Proactively engage all team members in the team discussions and work to instill a positive culture of engagement across the project team.
● Maintain and update projects performance dialogue boards; ensure the completeness and reliability of projects data and coherency from different sources.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or operations management.
● Demonstrable experience managing projects or as a junior project manager or similar
● Vast knowledge of important elements of project management, i.e. the project description, the project span, quality, needed resources, possible risk, relevant regulations and guidelines, most viable options, relevant tools, and methods available for execution.
● Top-notch supervision, delegation, and capacity development abilities
● Familiarity with tools and metrics needed to evaluate project performance
● Forethought, with the capacity to identify and minimize risks
● Demonstrated proficiency in G-suite applications and MS Office
● Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills
● Exceptional communication and organizational skills required with the ability to work well with all levels of employees and internal departments in a diverse environment
● Ability to work with strict deadlines
● Ability to prioritize task, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
