Job Location: Nairobi.
Gross Salary: 50,000+ Commission
Job Objective: Ensure sales margin for Homecare section are achieved.
*Duties & Responsibilities*:
Contact potential customers to create rapport and close sales for inpatient and outpatient services
Achieve and go beyond the set sales targets for healthcare products and equipment.
Identify and contact potential partners to drive business growth and strategic partnerships for the Homecare services
Increase the value of existing customers for Homecare services while attracting new ones through business development activities to meet set targets.
Find and develop new markets, improve sales, and drive business growth for Homecare services
Supervise sales and business development staff of Homecare services as appropriate to drive the required initiatives within the business development strategy.
Drive the achievement of the Homecare services marketing and sales strategy.
Attend conferences, meetings, and exhibitions at the industry level to source opportunities and create networks for services
*Skills and qualifications*
Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing from a recognized university
At least 3 years experience in Sales, business development especially in the Insurance or health sector.
Excellent presentation and communications skills
Good training and mentorship skills
Self-driven person and tolerance to ambiguity
Fluent in English and Swahili languages
Experience in sales and marketing of healthcare or insurance industry.
