DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
.Teaching and following a daily routine
.Adapting the program to suit the needs of the individual child or group
.Consistently planning innovative ways of keeping children actively engaged
.Ensuring the social and emotional growth of the child
.Composing detailed reports for parents
.Imparting knowledge to children through fun and play
.Adhering to guidelines of the Education Department and State
REQUIREMENTS;
.Should have a Diploma in Early childhood Education or P1
.Must have Trained in Montessori, Waldorf system and ECD
.Should be CBC conversant
.Should be fluent in English
.Must be computer literate
