RESPONSIBILITIES
i. Prepare JD for open positions in Jiji
ii. Advertise through various recruitment sites, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and telegram job groups
current job openings
iii. Screen and shortlist applicants CV’s
iv. Conduct one on one interviews
v. Liaise with line managers to organize bar raiser interviews when need be
vi. Prepare and administer test tasks relevant to current job opening
vii. Give applicants and interviewee’s feedback on their application
REQUIREMENTS
i. At least 1year of experience in recruitment in a busy HR or recruitment firm
ii. Degree/ Diploma in HR
iii. Member of various job search groups
iv. Knowledge of the use of LinkedIn to recruit
v. Male candidates are encouraged to apply
