We are an IT-based company and KRA-approved middleware supplier of ETR TIMS machines seeking to recruit a Project Manager who will largely be in charge of the Technical department in our entire network across the country.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Set-up and Programming of the Tevins machines based on client’s demands.
- Training the client on how to operate the Tevins Machine.
- Inspecting, analysing, and troubleshooting of the same.
- Carry out Demonstrations to the customers.
- Reading repair manuals and liaising with other technicians.
- Running tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendations.
- Installing Q-Drivers on clients PC.
- Provide proper assistance to staff and various customers of the organization.
- Train the customers to use hardware and software programs to enhance the use of ETR
Machines.
- Identify errors and register complaints through emails to KRA support team related to the ETR
machines.
- Monitor the performance of the machines both internally and externally.
- Resolve computer software issues.
- Document processes and then conduct IT-related tests to diagnose problems.
- Keep abreast of the latest IT trends and technological advancements through interaction with
various clients
- Any other duty assigned by supervisor.
Requirements QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in IT/BIT/Computer Science/Electrical and Electronic Engineering from a recognized institution.
- A degree will be an added advantage.
- Should possess 3 years’ experience working in an ETR environment preferably in a managerial position.
- Knowledgeable in Software engineering, System analysis, Data Base Administration
- Should be affluent in Android/APK system
