QUALIFICATIONS
– Proven practical performance in terms of growing sales and managing the sales team.
– Prowess in Excel and ability to generate daily reports, weekly reports, and monthly reports.
– Prior 5-10years experience in sales manager’s role in FMCG.
– Able to assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
– Able to Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and work to achieve them.
– Able to assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
– Must have managed a team of 15 and above salespeople.
– Good communication skills and be direct to the point.
– Great leadership ability.
