Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking to hire a Sales and Marketing Lead.

SALES AND MARKETING LEAD.

Duties and Responsibilities.

MARKETING & PROMOTION
-Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
-Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
-Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
-Create the entire brand guidelines, and brand pillars for the organization & set the complete brand structure in the organization
-Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
-Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
-Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
-Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
-Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
-Track the market competition and work out the brand positioning, as well as create the brand promotion strategy from time to time to overcome the competition.

SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – NEW BUSINESS

· Establish the company’s presence in new business segments through long-term development strategies and innovative solutions.
· Own the sales process: inbound lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building, and opportunity identification for the company’s new business segment.
· Assume responsibility for revenue generation and budget development for the company’s new business segments.
· Establish the company’s presence across geographies, competitive markets & segments, laying the groundwork for the sales team to conduct local operations
· Create additional revenue channels for the company by establishing a distributor network across geographies.
· Create an experienced world for influencing a variety of potential customers through the showroom, mobile display units, and live case studies

Required Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business, or related field
· Should have at least 7 years of experience in a similar position.
· Proficiency in online marketing and social media strategy
· Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
· Proven Success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
