Duties
-Source for potential candidates through different available channels
-Determine the selection criteria
-Coordinating with the hiring team to identify appropriate candidates.
-Plan interviews and selection procedures
- Assess Candidate information.
-Design job descriptions
-Attend job fairs and recruitment events
Qualifications
-Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
-Familiarity with resume databases and professional networks
-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.
